DWG is a company with its roots in the timber supply industry dating back to 2002.
The first foray into infrastructure materials was the supply of railway timber to London Underground in 2011
In 2013 DWG negotiated the rights to be exclusive UK and European distributors for American based manufacturer Willamette Valley Company (WVCO), and their full range of polyurethane life extension and repair products.
This included Spikefast, Fastpatch, Famocrete and many other products for damaged areas of concrete and timber infrastructure.
The advantage of the WVCO range of products is that they are quick set and enable a return to service after a maximum time of one hour, or sooner with some materials.
Specific areas for product use is railways, airports, ports, multi-modal facilities and any other areas of concrete within industry.
The WVCO products are now approved by major infrastructure companies such as Network Rail, London Underground and Belgium Railways.
The Fastpatch products have been used for major infrastructure repairs at Heathrow Airport, East Midlands Airport, Freightliner, Nottingham Tram and Sheffield Supertram, to name a few.
In 2016 we added ground engineering to our portfolio of services, through the acquisition of a small resin injection company .
We use a non-intrusive resin injection process for ground stabilisation, concrete slab lifting, void filling, waterproofing and grouting.
This service works hand in hand with our concrete repair business to offer a complete turnkey solution on critical infrastructure.
